This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.1. ReturnsYou may request to return an eligible product within 7 days of receiving your order if:- The item is defective or damaged.- You received the wrong item.- The item is materially different from what was ordered.To qualify for a return, the item must be:- Unused and in its original condition.- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or required by law:- Gift cards.- Downloadable digital products.- Personalized or custom-made products.- Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened.- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

RefundsOnce your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. ExchangesWe will replace products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, subject to product availability.5.
